About Me:

I am a divorced mom of two teenagers. My daughter thinks I am nuts for my Star Wars obsession, although she can quote them all backwards and forwards, has been to midnight openings in costume and does admit her love for Leia and the original trilogy. My son Luke, named for of course Luke Skywalker does love Star Wars, (thank the force) and we enjoy our obsession together. I work for the Lupus Alliance of America helping people who like my daughter suffer from Lupus. I do PR and media work for them mostly. I write on the side, although I have never had anything published, and I am secretly a huge fan of Han and Leia fan fic, so if you have any, bring it on over.

Music:

I love anything but Rap. Mainly rock and roll, 70`s and 80`s stuff, I listen to classical when I take a bath or when I am reading.

Movies:

Well gee lets see, could the first thing I write here be Star Wars lol. Empire is actually my favorite. For movies that arent Star Wars, I love Poltergeist (another movie I obsess over), anything by Mel Brooks, anything by Monty Python, Ferris Bueller`s Day off, Aliens, Titanic,

TV:

House, Law and Order, Survivor, The Amazing Race, Family Guy, Mythbusters, Ghosthunters, and I love court shows Judge Judy and Peoples Court, dont ask me why.

Heroes:

My children. Especially my daughter who has fought valiantly against Lupus which she was diagnosed with at 12 and has suffered greatly with.

Why did you fall in love with Star Wars?

I first saw Star Wars in 1977 and was blown away. Although a girl lol, I had all the toys and loved playing out the movie with my friends. As I grew older my obession grew and spilled over to my children, or at least my son Luke, who was destined to love it whether he wanted to or not lol. I watch Empire at least once a week, mainly before going to bed, to end my day with. A week without a Star Wars movie is a depressing week at that.
